If you find that you don't need all of the air samplers that you have purchased for a larger project (10 samplers or more), you can return the few that you don't use (up to 2) for a full refund. These samplers are to be returned together with the used samplers sent for laboratory analysis. This rule applies to unused samplers that are retained by the customer for less than 14 days.
If an air sampler that you have purchased expires before use, you can return it and receive 1/2 of the original sales price as credit toward future purchases. This rule applies to samplers that are retained by the customer for more than 14 days. You will receive a discount code useful for future purchases by e-mail.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept return of an air sampler that has removed from its original packaging. Air testing results are always non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
