The German IFA has created a highly comprehensive database of international exposure limits for use by industrial hygienists. Known as GESTIS International Limit Values, this database includes limits from NIOSH and OSHA that I'm sure you're familiar with, but together with limits from other countries that are not as commonly referred to in the US. Recently they have launched apps for both iPhone and Android that include the same data - see the GESTIS home page for QR codes to download to your phone.
